At Royal Ice, we take pride in delivering high-quality frozen beverage products. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure food safety standards, we do not typically accept returns. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

Returns are only accepted with prior written approval from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

To request a return, please contact us at sales@royalice.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:

  • Your order number

  • Product name and quantity

  • Reason for the return request

  • Supporting documentation or photos (if applicable)

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

Approved returns may be eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the condition of the product and reason for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return

  • Perishable items must be stored properly prior to return to qualify for refund
